Generation 1 consultant and successful whitetail harvest

ABOUT GENERATION 1

Manage the land for what comes next.

Generation 1 LLC combines wildlife consulting with practical land management. We look at habitat, forage, cover, water, timber, access, hunting pressure, disturbance, and population structure as one connected system.

The goal is not to sell a generic seed blend or hand you a template. The goal is to identify what your property is missing, prioritize the work that matters most, and build a management program you can implement and measure over time.

OUR APPROACH

Find the limiting factor first.

Better wildlife usually comes from improving the weakest part of the habitat system—not simply doing more of everything.

01

Assess

Evaluate current habitat, wildlife use, soils, timber, cover, water, access, pressure, and property layout.

02

Prioritize

Rank the limiting factors so time and money go toward the projects with the greatest return.

03

Implement

Put the plan on the ground through food plots, habitat work, fire, timber treatments, and herd management.

04

Measure

Track wildlife observations, camera data, harvest information, browse pressure, and habitat response over time.

FAQ

Before we walk the property.

What size properties do you work with?

Management can be useful on small recreational tracts and multi-thousand-acre properties. The scope is adjusted to acreage, surrounding land use, budget, equipment, and objectives.

Do I need a complete management plan?

No. We can address one specific need—food plots, deer harvest strategy, turkey habitat, prescribed fire, or herd analysis—or build a complete property-wide plan.

Where do you work?

Generation 1 serves landowners throughout Georgia and discusses select projects elsewhere in the Southeast.

What should I send before a property review?

Your acreage, county/state, property map if available, current habitat description, recent management history, and the wildlife goals that matter most to you.
